Join us for a special festive morning with children’s book author and illustrator Anna Currey, reading her magical story ‘The Christmas Unicorn’ about a little girl called Milly and a unicorn named Florian.
Winter Wreath Workshop

Come and join Sarah from WE GROW COLOUR to create your own unique, colourful, truly beautiful Christmas Wreath.
Using a selection of sustainably grown foliage and flowers dried on her small scale flower farm in Beaminster, West Dorset, you’ll be shown all the necessary techniques to make your festive wreath and let your creativity flow. Each one will be finished off with a gorgeous ribbon in a colour of your choice.
This will be a festive, relaxed workshop with delicious seasonal refreshments to be enjoyed.
No experience is necessary. All materials and equipment will be supplied.
Course Fee: £55
5% of the ticket price will be donated to ‘We Are Bread and Roses’ to support their floristry courses for refugee women.
About the Tutor
Sarah’s background is in printmaking and her love of colour and form has been transferred into a passion for growing cut flowers and creative floristry. Sarah runs WE GROW COLOUR with her husband Rory, and having spent two seasons growing in Bristol they moved to his childhood home in West Dorset in 2021 to expand the business and grow more colourful blooms!
Sarah runs workshops, creates wedding and event flowers and attends markets and festivals with her flower trailer.
